This is not an extremely elegant cloth, but it's very nice as an everyday tablecloth and it washes well. It also coordinates well with table runners- which I use, so I like that about it. It's fairly heavy, and is just a nice all around cloth cover for a non-formal table.

I ordered the "taupe" cloth. It is a nice table cloth. I expected more of a beige color than it has. It has a bit of a green hue to it. Not enough to clash with my neutral theme. Be careful when ironing. I had my iron too hot for this synthetic blend and almost melted it. Got some crud on my iron, so lesson learned with fabric settings.

I just got it, so I can't say anything about how it wears, but the color and texture are fabulous, and it goes great in my eclectic home, which is all blues and greens and greys and silver.
