The shipping is fast and the package (with all the parts) arrived with no damage. I put it together myself (7 months pregnant) yesterday. There are lots of steps but the picture instruction is very clear and easy to follow. There are lots of screwing and I wish I have a electric screwing tool as it is tough to screw into the woods while 7 months pregnant. It took me 6 hours to complete the entire piece but I did take breaks in-between and would take less if I am not pregnant. The wood is sturdy and the final finish is just like picture. The only thing is that I wish the drawer dimention is deeper (more height)...it looks big from outside but it does not hold as much once you open/build the drawer. The drawers open and close without making loud noise, and it does not slam close so it is safe for kids. I bought it for my baby baby for his clothes. Overall, I am happy with it...exactly what I am looking for.

I purchased this dresser to double as a changing table in my daughter's nursery. She has an espresso colored crib, and the "chocolate" color of the dresser matches it perfectly. Assembly was fairly easy. The instructions were clear and all the parts were labeled. It recommends having two adults to put it together, but I did it myself at 8 and a half months pregnant in 5-6 hours. However, I would suggest heeding the recommendation as I ended up putting a couple scratches on some of the pieces thanks to my semi-dirty hardwood floor and my pregnant self flopping them all over. Most of the pieces (besides the drawer bottoms and part of the back) were made of some wood composite that seems quite sturdy, but be careful not to be like me and put scratches in them before the thing is even built. I was a bit nervous when I saw plastic drawer slides, but they seem like they will hold up just fine. I like that it comes with mounting brackets to secure the unit to the wall for added safety. My 30" 4-sided contoured changing pad fits perfectly on the top with no room to spare. I stocked the top drawer with diapers, wipes, desitin, etc. The finished product looks very nice and I'm hopeful it's as durable as it seems. Definitely a great product, especially for the price.

It's a decent dresser, but kinda expensive for what it is. It has plastic drawer slides and plastic connectors that made it seem rather cheap. The eco-friendly label won me over, but I think I would have done better finding something made of solid wood rather than particleboard with a laminate finish, even if they say it's eco-friendly.
But, it's attractive and matches my son's bed well. I just hope it lasts longer than a year or two!
